Common questions

How is Accelerate different from Scale?

Scale is the software at portfolio scope — 15 brands, 20 seats, 10K pooled credits, separate voice profiles per domain, continuous category intelligence across every brand simultaneously. Scale assumes you have someone running it. Accelerate is the operator running it — picking the moves, editing the work, owning the growth number. Scale gives you the keys to a workshop. Accelerate is the senior craftsperson in the workshop.

Why is Accelerate priced custom?

Because the work scopes differently per brand. A B2B SaaS at $3M ARR with one product is not the same engagement as a $15M two-product company entering a new category. Pricing comes out of the 60-minute call, after we see what the work actually is. No surprises.

What happens on the 60-minute call?

You walk us through your funnel and your growth question. We walk you through what we would do in the first 30 days, what we would own at 60. If it is a fit, we scope and price. If it is not, we say so — and you keep the Growth Read.

What if Accelerate is not the right fit after the call?

You keep the Growth Read. You can run Pro, Growth, or Scale on your own. We may also point you to a peer agency or operator who fits better.

How does the timeline work?

Your Growth Read and the call both run on business days. The call is scheduled within five business days of you receiving the Read.

Who runs the engagement?

A named senior operator — ex-VP marketing or fractional head of growth at B2B SaaS companies, working full-time inside Lytms. Capped at six active engagements per operator so the work stays embedded, not stretched. You meet them on the 60-minute call before committing.
