Common questions
Is Free really free, forever?
Yes. One URL gets a full diagnosis -- verdict, scorecard across five scoring areas, the full list of specific issues with verbatim quotes from your page, your category rank, and the three to five strategic findings. No card, no expiration, no degraded quality. Full quality on one URL, not partial quality on many. The walls are at the second URL, the rescore, the action layer (drafts), and ongoing monitoring -- that is where the platform compute and data costs start, and where the price kicks in.
What counts as a "domain"?
A domain is one apex root -- e.g., yourcompany.com covers all subdomains and pages. So pricing.yourcompany.com, blog.yourcompany.com, and yourcompany.com/about all count as one domain on Pro. If you have a microsite at separate-product.com, that is a second domain. Pro covers two; Growth covers five; Scale covers fifteen.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Diagnosis stays free -- credits do not gate the scan or the findings on any tier. Credits are spent on generation (drafts) and rescoring after fixes. If you hit your monthly cap, you can top up (credits roll over for 60 days) or wait for the cycle to reset. Most Pro users land well under the 1,000-credit cap with normal rescore and generation usage.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate and prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle, and credits or seats above the new tier limits are paused (not deleted) so you can restore on re-upgrade.
How does Accelerate pricing relate to the platform tiers?
Accelerate is a service, not a tier. It includes Pro platform access at no additional cost and runs your Lytms workspace for you -- picking moves, drafting work, owning the growth number. Pricing is custom because the scope is shaped to your brand and stage. See the Accelerate page for how it works.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Annual saves 2 months on Pro and Growth, 3 months on Scale. Available at checkout. We do not push it -- month-to-month is the default and most users stay there.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
No trial. The free scan is the trial. If the scan landed and you want to act on it across more pages and channels, Pro starts at $49. If it did not land, no commitment was wasted.
