B2B SaaS NPS benchmarks: above +50 is exceptional, +30 to +50 is strong, 0 to +30 is healthy, negative is a serious signal. The absolute number is less informative than the trend over time and the segment-specific NPS for your ICP versus general users.
NPS has well-known limitations. It conflates emotion with action (a 10-rater does not always recommend; a 0-rater does not always churn). It is sensitive to sample bias (engaged users are more likely to respond). And the 0-6 detractor band is too wide — a 6 and a 0 are very different signals.
For landing page diagnostics, the connected question is whether the page is consistent with the customer experience that produces high-NPS responses. A bait-switch page that over-promises will produce low NPS even if the product is good.
How Lytms scores it
Lytms does not measure NPS. It scores whether the landing page accurately represents what the product delivers — which is a leading indicator of post-purchase NPS. Pages that over-promise produce buyer's remorse, low NPS, and high churn.
